Lup is odd.
Some moments she's loud and excited, but other times she's silent and stern. Her kennelmate, Mistletoe, sometimes can really get on her nerves. Lup doesn't often like being caged with others, but has grown to appreciate Mistletoe, and his sympathy and company. It can get lonely in the kennel, and Lup knows that. That's why it's nice to have him here.

Thoughts: She doesn't trust Mistletoe, but then she's never really trusted anyone. Rose has seen many friends turn fiends and over the years, this elderly molly's mind has been tainted with the poison of paranoia. She's convinced that Mistletoe is a selfish no-good that'd only befriend her because he wants something and not because he actually likes her. While many believe the extent of her paranoia is unfair, Rose herself believes it to be wise.

One example of betrayal she experienced happened not long before she got brought here out of the cold and wet. His name was Jackson and he was as cold as ice but as sharp as flint. And extremely handsome, this casting a superficial love all over Rose and before long, Rose was using all means she had of befriending the extremely handsome tom.

Jackson made great use of that, cunningly setting Rose on whatever mission he wanted her to be on and casually leaving her to eat his dust. When the manx caught on, her temper made demons tremble, all of them but Jackson. He simply laughed at her and ran away, leaving her in the dark of the night and to this day, Rose still remembers his cold chuckle.
