A sort of work in progress I like the body but the wings not so much if you have any suggestions its much appreciated.

Edit* Well I changed the wings and I dislike them even more

Maybe have the feathers have like a rough stone pattern? Idk I think that has the pitential to look cool

The only thing i think you should work on is the pillar so its more detailed to match the detail of the dragon
