Hoopa Unbound

Now that I'm in full-swing on this, I better explain what I'm doing. I'm challenging myself to draw random Pokemon using only GBC colors and a maximum of 4 colors. This is where the real challenge starts since this one doesn't have a gen 2 sprite.
