Basically, it's telling that Nova escaped from her destiny to create a new fate. She left a card with her symbol, making sure that they were fooled. She was worried that this would end up wrong, but she knew she couldn't live another day stuck in her cell. Having only her kindness and giving them a wake up call, she found her fate.
It stops rhyming after the 4th line. I'm only a beginner in writing poetry, but I thought I should practice it now.
