Phi here! I've conjured up some unicorns for you because I am an amazing witch. Now, unicorns are very particular about their care, they like to be washed and groomed every day! Make sure you feed your unicorn apples, oats, carrots, and other horse foods. They are a bit solitary, but like cats they will form a strong bond with their human rather than other unicorns. Try and spend at least an hour minimum with your unicorn every day. They love it! Trust me, I know, I am a top notch witch after all... (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

What does "item equivalent" mean?

Event items/pets!
I might also look at other cs items/pets but event stuff is preferable and will be considered more than the older stuff <3

While I am looking for event things, I'll consider looking at other offers. If the adopt is not auto bought with 20 tokens & I see an offer I like that doesn't include event items I will accept that instead. Tokens take priority for me though (:
