hello everyone!

i don't post often, so a lot of you don't know me, but my name's smolch! i've also gone by bedoved, focsu, eggy, suomonev, ~kitteh kats~, and kinglytuna in the past :0
i figured it was about time for me to pour my heart out to all you guys- anyone who's given me likes on my art, favorited my art,
watched me, or even just clicked on it to get a closer look at it- and all the appreciation i've gotten for my two featured drawings in the past, it's really just,, so amazing, all the support i've gotten throughout time!

i imagine it's like this for most artists on cs, but sometimes it just has to be written out and seen in a physical form. when someone clicks on your art, likes it, and maybe even leaves a comment- god, that's such a big confidence booster, and it makes the artist feel so good about themselves- in my case, at least. i love having my art noticed when i'm proud of something! and i rarely put out art i don't like, because that's,, just a downer, right?

i wouldn't be so confident in my work and so far along in my art "career" without so many supporters or just,, people who view my art,
it's really nice ;;

so i thought all that appreciation i have for everyone should be like,, dropped somewhere? as a formal thank you? i really really appreciate all the support and love i've gotten, and though i'm repetitive, it just,, gaaah it makes me so happy when i see a nice comment on some random drawing i did ;;;
i decided to draw my main oc calvin, because he gives me the most happiness! i hope you all like him too <33

i don't have much else to say, other than,, aah, i encourage all of you to like,, whenever you click on a drawing, please give it a like, at the very least. if it was enough to catch your interest, than it should be enough to like it! that's at least what i think- it's what i do! i think honestly,, you should always leave a comment, unless you're overly intimidated by the artist. i have to say, i've been slacking on commenting on other people's work,, but i really do my best to like everything i click on, and i h i g h l y encourage it to all of you!!

i thought this would be deeper than it is but it's one in the morning and i still have to take a shower and get ready for bed aah..
so i gotta cut my thoughts short and get ready for bed so i'm not late to school again!! i love you all <33
