Civilian Identity: Grover the Caterpillar

Bio: Evil Weevil was originally an ordinary PPS caterpillar named Grover, but found an OMGSR peach! He named it Georgia and called it home. Little did he know, the peach would bless him with the power to animate fruits of all kinds! He loved his peach with all of his heart, but some of his friends were in the Halloween spirit and decided to spill fake blood (ketchup) on the peach as a part of a prank. Weevil decided to get revenge on his friends for spilling the fake blood on his peach by raising a pumpkin army from the nearby pumpkin patch. Now, he waits to scare them at midnight on Halloween!

Past Crimes: Stealing candy, killing cereal, crossing the street without looking both ways, wearing plaids and stripes, swearing at kittens
