Artist Rules:
You must make a MIN of 1 adopt a week!
Any forms that are not complete are to be IGNORED when judging.
Adopt comps CAN NOT last any longer than 2 weeks!
Any Cream Kittys with a higher rarity than uncommon MUST be approved by me.
If any players are being rude report it to me and i will give them a warning.
If a player uses a ticket, you MUST end the comp.
Once a Cream Kitty is Adopted REMOVE the background, but not the boarder.

General Rules:
Any unfinished forms will be ignored
Rudeness will not be allowed and you will be given a warning
After you get 5 warnings you will be put on the black list
If you are on the Black list you can no longer adopt Cream Kittys
Their is no limit to the amount of Cream Kittys you can own
You can trade and gift your Kitties, but you must inform me of the new owner so the archives can be updated.

More than two eyes / More than One Cream (Tail) / Prosthetics / Aura / Clothing / Unsweet Toppings (toppings without sugar)
