hello there! welcome to my contest! Unlike most contests, I can only award prizes to 1st place, since I am low on rares I WANT to give away as a prize! The backround was made by tikki-tak, so credit to her by the backround!
This can end without a winner! because sometimes I may not find one I love the most, also I am attached to the 2009 rare so it has to be good, and the reason I am putting up a contest is because I use a mouse, (thats also why the words look bad) and I don't have a tablet, which is easier to draw with. feel free to mark!
