Is there a certain thing in layers you need help with and/or confused with?

What I mean is how do you get one layer to go on top of the first layer? If that makes any sense.

Are you meanin how to merge them? Or have to color in lines with it going out of the spaces?

Sorry about the wait, I had to do something!

To color in the lines without coloring over anything else, you have to draw the line art you want to use first, then color it in with your pen all that you want to be filled when you color. After that, you turn on lock Alpha, and it should work!

And then the lines should just automatically be like that when you make a new layer.
