These guys are absolutely adorable! Here's my first entry -- my apologies for having a number of edits and rare traits. Based slightly off the sea. Here's the edits:

Standard/common: hair above eyes, ear edit
Uncommon: longer fur (front legs)
Rare: hood, horns (Shine/sparkle on horns might be rare?)
Charm edit (not sure of that rarity? Standard?)

I'm feeling a bit 'meh' on the frontmost leg markings; otherwise I'm pretty happy. If I become an artist this one may be my MYO. Not 100% sure yet. Chest also looks a bit bland... And my designs can get pretty complex. Sorry 'bout that. Do tell me if you have any suggestions on this one or possible ideas for other entries. Hmm.

Ohhh my gosh, I absolutely love this <3
The level of detail in this design, the markings, it's totally really awesome.
I like that you added sparkle / shine to the horns --- that wasn't something I've thought of, but it totally fits and it's really rad.
I do admit the chest looks a bit bland compared to the rest, but I don't think it's a design breaker, especially given the rest of the design. I think if it were as complex as the rest, it would completely take away from the beauty of the complexity of it.
The only critique I have is that you forgot to put the white of the eyes on <3

I really love complex designs, so I'm /very/ interested in what you next entry might be. I prefer giving the artist artistic freedom, but. I will tell you I am always a sucker for star / night themed designs

To make things easier for everyone, I now added a sclera part of the base for future coloring <3
