So this is neil! I spent a good amount of time on re creating him, btw this is my first time doing art like this, I think it turned out well, anywho neil's suit is inspired by the suit that barney secretly wears in the bathroom stall after accepting a challenge where he has to pick up a girl NOT wearing a suit, barney basically lives in his suits, and an hour withought one killed him, when he put the suit on in the stall it ripped, he went to his personal tailor, but he couldn't save the suit, but they could save the buttons on another suit! His tailor told him, barney and the tailor soon burn the suit and barney uses the jar of suit ashes to pick up girls saying its his 7 year old best friend.
