Ever wonder where Banjo learned to throw a hammer and got his bandana from? Well, here's the answer to a question you've prolly never asked! This scruffy old weapons master was his mentor for years. Banjo was his only student to successfully complete all the trials and bear all the hard work. It helps that Trustlr came to view Banj as a son, as Banj looked up to him as a father figure. He died in the southern raid and is the reason Banjo + Dodger made it out alive. Banjo still carries the hammer Trustlr made for his rite of passage, as well as his mentors' own as a spare.

Wanted to try a more cartoon style of drawing. I like how the eyebrows cam out - it really sells his character XD
