I don't really think this deserves to be in intermediate yet but it is a cool idea. :3

If you fixed it up a little, it would be worth intermediate, I think. ^^
•The dragon's eye should have a bit more depth to it, I think, and not just be a black circle.
•Mist isn't so multicolored, really, unless there's light shining on it enough to create a rainbow. It should be more one toned.
•Maybe you should add a few scales to the dragon?
