Welcome to the Thingsies nursery! Yes and no, baby thingsies do not have legs when they come to life! All baby thingsies go through metamorphosis some day, and obtain their legs.

Welcome to the Thingsies nursery! Yes and no, baby thingsies do not have legs when they come to life! All baby thingsies go through metamorphosis some day, and obtain their legs.
"Come to life.. That sounds odd, how does that even work? what's on the cover?!"
Thingsie babies are interesting.. When one thingsie loves another, the two will get crayons of their favorite colors (usually colors their design has) and draw squiggly lines on a single paper together. The squiggly lines emerge from the paper then - and they come to life! Voila! Baby thingsie! What you see on the cover is a thingsie (that exists just for the cover) being happy that there are precious noodles!
"K but can one thingsie do that by itself rather than with a so called 'mate'?"
Yes, your thingsie can draw baby thingsies by itself but it wont be as fun and there'll be nobody to share "awww"s and "woah dUDE UR DOODLE CAME TO LIFE"s with. :C
INFORMATION:
-Baby thingsies are always fluffy noodles, no exception. They usually all look the same in fluff no matter what.
- Design wise, baby thingsies are the complete opposite of complex - in fact, their design is literally design-less scribbles of the parent(s)' crayons colors!
-However, the true changes come in adulthood. After metamorphosis, not only do they gain their legs, but they also get more of their parent(s)' features and a much more neat & elaborate design much like their parent(s)'!
-A baby thingsie can grow two days after it has come to life, but it will not be capable of harnessing the magic of doodling with the crayons until a full week after it came to life.
- The colors aren't always the same as the parent(s)' design! Though it's not often seen, some thingsies just prefer other colored crayons than the crayons that are their own color. That means a bright red thingsie can doodle with a blue crayon and get a blue fuzzy noodle from the paper!
