I did a quick redline and lining of your creature. I have a few notes for you:
- Don't add to much fluff
Sure fluff can look nice, but to much and its hard to A. design coats B. add necklaces and stuffs and C. its harder for people to look at anything else.
- Proportion is key
This is something I struggle with as well (clearly), but a creature can look awkward and unnatural, maybe even goofy if the proportion is off (unless that was your aim). I suggest enlarging the ears slightly along, make the hooves a little smaller, and the tail a little smaller in length.
- Smooth edges
Smoothing out your edges can makes your creature look like it could exist.
- Anatomy is amazing
Your anatomy on your redline is amazing. Yep.
I hope this helped, I might come back to this some time and add some stuffs, like shading, and items, and what not.
