welp, here's the BG! I'll do rain last, I find it easier to add things like rain after drawing the characters.
I'm not sure whether you want to work with or without a cover, but you can add one if you'd like.

one single part at a time, and I wanted to see which angle you made britain-cat glare down on so I knew
