In need of eye bleach

so I regret everything....
I took an online challenge called "the gauntlet challenge" where you watch a compilation of gut wrenching videos i completed the challenge but I saw some things I regret anyone know of some eye bleach for me?
Also idk if this is intermediate worthy (I hope so)
