My only critique is that the boba should only be in one general area, and the location of the bubbles does change the rarity. It also wouldn't hurt to make the hair lines a little thinner, and the slightest bit closer to the actual hair color, as well as adding 1 pixel detailing lines.

Thanks for the critique, I'll make sure to work on these points. I'm a bit new to pixel art so this is really useful.
As for the bubbles I was a bit confused to how rarity worked on that but I've re-read it a few times and I understand it a lot more now . I'll make sure that the bubble's area is more clear.
