I'm aware this is a little late but I figured better late than never ^^ I don't really check the artists comps because I'm only a mod and Neah only will post if she's accepting someone so yeah

I just wanted to say I love your entry and would love to see more if you're able to do so; not knowing genes is fine as we're willing to teach you those, thats why we ask people to reference off of pictures until they learn them! :" > but you have a handle down with colors which is good to see ^^ I like your style a lot, I think one thing I'll mention is that the refs don't have to be shaded so if you do want to do more, then that should save you some stress and time! ;'0 I don't think any of our artists really shade except for illusionist who does very faint muscle tones on dogs with little fur cx

but I do really like it all, and don't worry if you're a coppa'd user! you can always join the community discord, and should you be welcomed as an artist, we have a private staff channel only staff could see on there ^^ if you don't know what discord is, it's kind of like a group community texting chat! except you don't need to worry about phone numbers or any personal information: the only thing you need ever for an account is just an email to log in, but if you make a guest account you don't even need an email!

The reason why we chose discord is because of how versatile and easy it is for everyone to use, and how safe it is for people; you won't be getting any creepy spam bots sending you messages like on skype, and you can use it on a phone or browser (meaning you don't have to download anything on your computer!) without a problem. No one can talk to you unless you're in the same server as them, which is a handy feature as well. You can direct message people which is just like chickensmoothie's personal messaging, but again only with people who are in the same group as you so there's no worry there. And there's no personal information being given away, because all you do to sign up is just using a signup email that only you can see, and then a password to log in. It has IP protection and DDOS support, meaning there's no fear of getting hacked and someone trying to impersonate you- it's actually safer than CS AND skype in this way c'x

That being said, we do all sorts of things like join.mes and roleplays and art all on the discord! All of the staff is currently on there so you're always welcome to ask us questions there as well; overall SCS is about the community and I personally feel the discord makes us more connected, and we're always willing to help out with ideas or suggestions if you decide to do more entries! if you don't, then the discord is still here for you; we're all welcoming and friendly and it's easy to use, and some of our other coppa'd members use it!
because the discord is linked through CS you also don't have to worry about bad or inappropriate content, I monitor everything as do the other staff and we remove anything that violates CS rules or the discord rules! :" >
