Rules:
1) You must create a title
2) You must keep "Being Part One Of The Umbrella Chronicles
3) You must create an ending strip (Ex: the End, Fin, Closing, etc..)
4) You must make credits at the bottom (Ex: (c)Art by _insert username here_, (c)Text by _insert name here_)
5) All layers that say Do Not Delete SHOULD NOT BE DELETED.
6) Any layer that says color here can be colored.
7) CS rules apply
8) The most important rule: IT MUST FEATURE AN UMBRELLA!
Guidelines
-The umbrellas can do anything
-I added 2 "Color Here" layers *wink wink*
-Be creative!
-We love funny stuff :3
-We prefer black and white, not color (though it's still acceptable to use color)
Format Rules/Help
Step 1: Erase the word "title" and create your own!
Step 2: Erase the words "the end" in the last panel
Step 3: Erase the words "Credits: Ex: (c)Art by Para"
Step 4: Erase the umbrella in the first panel
Step 5: Start Drawing in the panels provided!
-If you fun out of room, or don't fill all of the panels, just erase and add to your needs
-Be sure sure remember to add the ending panel and credits once you erase the format!
