What is a Galanine?
A Galanine is a rather generic species, it is a canine with galaxy-like features such as stars on the front and back legs, a moon on it's cheek and antennas that send out signals. The shards on the tail represent something I don't know what it is so you can make it up yourself. These creatures can live anywhere, but they're nocturnal and you only ever see them at night. The front star glows mostly to help the Galanine see in the dark.

What are the symbols on their shoulder and paws?: Shoulders; coda which is the the last passage of a piece i think? And on the paws are fermatas which indicate that the note should be longer than its note value normally goes for. Probably wrong but thats what I kinda remember.
