Anemone is first seen in The Lost Heir when Tsunami first arrives in the Sea Kingdom. Anemone is seen harnessed to Queen Coral. Queen Coral always watches her daughter. Later, while Queen Coral is asleep, Anemone explains to Tsunami about her harness and that she would probably have to marry Whirlpool. Later Tsunami learns that Anemone is Queen Coral's "secret weapon" (an animus).
She later ends up pushing Whirlpool into a pool of electric eels with her animus powers.
