This is Albatross. Well, this is how I imagined him. He is a male SeaWing and appeared in Darkstalker (Legends). He was also mentioned in The Lost Heir, Moon Rising, Escaping Peril, and Talons of Power. So, if you keep reading, there might be some spoilers!!!

Albatross is a male SeaWing animus. Queen Lagoon made him make stuff for her. He was seen in Darkstalker (Legends) first when he was testing some SeaWing dragonets to see if they were animus. At the end of the test, Fathom turns out to be an animus. He externally seems pleased, but he strangled a distant seagull with a vine while congratulating him. He later takes Fathom to the soon built summer palace. He there reveals how he discovered his animus powers. Later, in a welcoming party for the SkyWings, he arrives late and Queen Lagoon argued with him. He enchanted a knife to split her throat, killing her. Then is the start of the SeaWing Massacre. Later, when Albatross was about to kill Fathom, Indigo attacked him, giving Fathom time to enchant spears that killed Albatross.
