Genes are correct
however this doesnt have a black base it has a bay base since it has agouti but it does have two dominant (E) genes so it will always pass at least one dominant one

Actually bay is not its own base color - bay is the result of 1 of the 4 agouti alleles acting on a black based horse. Technically there are only 2 base colors - black and chestnut.
Agouti is responsible for restricting black pigment, that's what causes bay, wild bay, and seal brown. Bay can be changed with other factors but on its own it's not a base color. Agouti is not responsible for a color like extension.
