This is Majesty Bloom. After seeing a stamp of her, I needed her!
I eventually found her in a free adoptions trade but unfortunately did not get her. ;(
I went to the pound one day, saw some awesome pets to choose, but couldn't because they were too hard to choose!
So I kept my hopes up for rares by the next 3 pages, but found Majesty.
