It's good! But you do need improvement, and I hope you wouldn't mind some (hopefully<3) helpful constructive criticism.
I like the head, but the way you drew the ears looks a bit unnatural, and I'd suggest spacing them out a little more, even if the cat is facing sideways. The ears also look a bit too wonky to me, and I'd suggest making them a bit straighter. But please, if making something straighter, DO NOT use line tool, it doesn't help you improve as an artist at all. I'd suggest using smoothing instead, it can be located below the line size and opacity, which I'd suggest raising.(Just the opacity though!)Smoothing level 70-90 works great for tablets, but I'd suggest 90-100 smoothing if using mouse to draw. I'd also suggest using a reference picture of a cat for the basic anatomy, although I personally do not because I feel confident in my art skills, and have never gone for the ''realistic'' art style. Reference pictures can be found in the section labeled "Animal stock photo gallery" if you hover over the art section. As the for the body itself's overall rating from me, I think its alright, but could maybe be improved. Though I'd really suggest drawing toes or lines on the paw, as cats do have multiple toes instead of one stub that they walk on. I'd also heavily suggest using layers. If you make a layer two on top of layer one, you should draw the lines there. If ready to color, create layer 3(or another layer number if you have used copy and paste) and move it under layer two or any other layer you might have made, and color your character WITHOUT using the paint bucket, as the paint bucket leaves ugly white dots around the characters lines, plus it won't work with the addtion of layers. Once again, this only tips for improvement.
I hope that helps, but otherwise, I think this is good!
