we need more cryptid themed kals you guys :' ))
this one is based on one of the first cryptids i ever learned about; the jackalope!

some of the symbols on their body are native american and have meanings to them.
this is a nod to the fact that jackalopes were first talked about in western native american lore!
closed circle = death, open circle = life, arrows = war ..

anyways im ramblin
here is my first entry!

any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. <3

p.s. - if anyone who is native american finds the symbols to be inappropriate,
please let me know and i will change or remove them completely! i dont want to overstep!

Really lovely job! <3 The color pallet is really nice, and blends well. The markings are really nice too, but the facial lines and dots look out of place? Idk but this is amazing! Keep it up!

i see what you mean with the facial markings. i wanted to have a few more of the life/death symbols but maybe i went too far out onto the cheek with them? hmmmm...
