My 10th Entry

Here it is. This is the ultimate fantasy eel. Caption: "I hate being rainbow. I'm an evil genius for heaven's sake!" Yeah, so Kittymetoo and I did this together. ROAR-kittymetoo. It was mostly me though, she did the tattoos and mustache and teeth. Hope you like it and it makes you laugh.
