Second Chance Shelter is a dog and cat rescue where you can come to find a new member of your family. We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes so they may have the chance to be placed into a caring home. All of our animals are special and deserve a chance to be happy with an owner that will care for them. The question is: are you ready to love them?

These two were a late valentines day gift. Someone bought these two as a present, not realizing that their significant other was allergic to dogs! They gave these two puppies to the shelter in hopes that they would be rehomed into better families.

Custom and adopt pair for gabriel reyes! My pen pressure completely went out on me last weekend... meaning I was just in the middle of these kiddos. I planned on making the left kid with tan points and white but I did not trust myself to do so with a trackpad >->

Marlowe's ears were pressed flat against his head as he raced across the grassy lawn. His human was kneeling on the ground, their back exposed. The small chihuahua leapt onto his person's back, and launched himself off, using her spine as a sort of trampoline. Soaring through the air with his mouth open, Marlowe clamped his jaws around the plastic Frisbee, teeth clenched tightly so as not to drop it. As his paws connected with the ground once more, he stood, wagging his curled tail cheerfully as his person, Ethan, crouched and began praising him, rubbing his head fondly.

Personality;; Zuzu is ambitious, she loves to jump on things, and can mostly be found snoozing on windowsills in the sunshine. She easily makes friends and has an extremely likeable smile. She has many dreams and her most wanted is to fly. She tries to talk to birds... XP
Hobby;; Feather chasing. To her it is more than a hobby - it is a way of living! If she sees a feather, she runs right at it, abandoning what she was doing.. unfortunately, she also has a tendency to mistake birds for feathers, which makes it even harder for her to "talk" to them. She wishes she was a cat! She is quite clumsy so it is easy for her to miss the feather entirely - that's why she wishes she was a cat: so she was more nimble. She tries to talk to cats as well, to try and find out if she could turn into one - never gonna happen, Zuzu!
