Susanna is a clear example on how looks can be fooling. When people first see hey expect her to be this sweet and cheerful lady, but that is not the case. She can be terribly rude from time to time. She is so sarcastic to the point where some people don't know at times if she was being sincere or sarcastic and to make matters worse you can say that she has a short temper. But even with all of those negative traits she has a little soft spot for kids, or to be more precise childish people, and completely changes when she is around them. She finally acts like the sweet and cheerful lady somebody expected her to be with a sweet smile on her face but it's best not to point it out if you don't want to end up in the hospital. So you can say that she has two layers but there is one more layer and while it might be a thin layer it's there, and that layer shows up when everyone is ignoring her. She becomes this quiet lady who just sits back and watches everyone but she doesn't care that she is alone she actually prefers that people leave her alone with the exception of childish people.
