I decided to draw a simple picture of a character I thought up. She goes by Katsumi Fuyu, or more commonly Dame Winter (neither are her given name). She became a powerful mob boss after immigrating to New York with her family. It's 1920's big-city America, and she runs several underground clubs, oversees the shipment and distribution of illegal alcohol, and deals in as much dirty business as possible. She is cold, unapologetic, and gets back what she is owed.
