You drop off the valentine to the stand.
Teddy Bear gives it to Sugar, who delivers them all around the world.
The valentines get opened on Valentine's Day, and gifts get opened as well.
After dropping off the Valentine, you can also buy a cupcake or a kiss.

There are booths located in several locations, most in or near big cities.
