Basically, you edit the drawing, design a character, then post it. Sounds simple, right?
I made a base if you would like to use it, it's not required though.
Yes, you can do your entry off chickensmoothie.
You do NOT have to give me info about the character you designed.
And no, it does not have to be human. But I didn't make an animal base.
The full body base is supposed to have no face, so don't add one unless you really want to.
You are aloud to keep the oc you made if you don't win one of the prizes (:
Oh and one more thing: You can remove the bottom lashes on the eyes, or the heart pupils.
Anyways, here are some things that catch my eye:
- light pink with light orange
-shortish cute hair
-baby blue anything
-blue/green eyes
And here are some things I don't really like:
-neon colors
-hair covering one eye
-ridiculously long hair
-electric blue eyes
-white hair
