my lil' popplio bud that i got from pokeventures for my starter <3 he's a fashion boi >:D

also this was just supposed to be a sketch but i couldn't remember the last time i properly lined something that wasn't pixels so i just wanted to line it to make sure i don't forget how to line things :'D
