Basic SeaWing

This is the most basic of basic SeaWing heads, seeing as it's my first Oekaki. However, I hope you like it!

Note: Most SeaWing colour palettes are greens and blues, and their names reflect the ocean. However, this is your dragon, so you can name them and colour them in however you'd like!
