Spots of snow

It was the beginning of winter, the squirrels had gone into their homes. The trees were just starting to gain frost, and snowmen were being built. But did you know there are snow dragons? They come out every winter and use snow for camouflage, nobody has ever seen one. Except the man who ran away with it, he brought no camera, no cellphone. Just with a beanie and a scarf. That reminded him of home.

The dragon always stayed close to him when he wore it, he had no idea why. But he felt safe with the dragon, so he let him close. Until the middle of winter, the man started getting slow and tired. The dragon wanted to play, the man agreed... What a terrible mistake that was. The dragon went off to hide, the man never found him. So he came out, he couldn't see the man anywhere. For the next month of winter, the dragon thought about him.

One day he found the man, the dragon was ecstatic. He walked up to the man who was lying flat on a patch of snow and-
