Main Thread

1. Users may own as many customs as they would like, but they must be bought or earned through events.
2.Staff may make themselves a custom every now and then, just please ask me.
3. In competitions, users may get mentioned, and those mentions can be used to get a custom, depending on the amount you have received.
4 mentions: Standard custom
8 mentions: Custom with one common edit
12 mentions: Custom with two common edits or one uncommon edit
16: Custom with one rare edit, and one common edit
20: Custom with one rare edit and one uncommon edit
24: Custom with two rare edits.

Two common edits= one uncommon edit
two uncommon edits= one rare edit
two rare edits= one v rare edit
