What Are Carps?

Carps are a lovable creature that are blind in one eye the blind eye holds a symbol to show their personality. They have abilities that they must learn to master they aren't born knowing anything but the ability to fly. These carps come in different rarities going from common to extremely impossible. Carps are able to hold their breath under water for long periods of time but, they must train to stay under longer. The symbols in their eye must fit in the blind eye and no where else or it isn't a carp.
