Hi! My name is Emmy! I am a border collie. I work for a farmer! My job is to look over his sheep, and make sure they are safe and sound. My favorite part of the day is when we herd the sheep into the pasture to graze. I love darting in and out of the woolly mass, the confusion and the action. Most of the day is pretty peaceful. I get to sleep in the soft rays of the sun and the lambs are so fun to play with. Sometimes my job isn't so easy though. Once, a wolf snuck into the pasture and tried to steal out sheep. I barked very loudly to warn the farmer. Off I went after the wolf, and I fought bravely to protect my friends. I got hurt, but I am all better now. I would give my life to do my job. I love every day here on the farm; there is never a dull moment. I hope to one day have a litter of my own pups to run by my side, and follow in my footsteps as protector of the flock.

Then your lucky, lol! I love border collies; I have always wanted one. We had a BC on the farm when I was a kid named Buddy; I don't know if he was purebred or a mutt, I can't remember him too well.
