A little Jigglypuff-ish themed doll. It took me like 15 minutes to get the balloon string right and it's not even right.

I tried to open join me to do a stream but noooo cause it 'updated' and then disconected my mouse, tablet, keyboard, and head phones so I couldn't save what I had or close jm, so i had to try and shut off the computer 3 times and lost my progress and *scREAMS*
