Catalan dressed his best to greet the community... I need to work on all kinds of anatomy. I've been watching a bunch of Steven universe speed paints, and admiring a bunch of fanart. Criticism is more than welcome.

Anatomy is slightly off, but that's not the issue I come to address. What set me off was the mouth, I am not talking about that Hillary Clinton smirk, but the shading. The shading you made looks like it should be a default (not anthro) dog smile, which could come slightly confusing. Next, this art isn't balanced in my opinion. I am not saying this art is bad, it's way better than I can do, but centering it on the character without a detailed background (unless transparent for sigs) can be a discomfort to people. Now don't go saying your art is horrible, it ISN'T horrible IT IS great! Your general shading technique is spot on in my opinion and the character itself. Your style makes this art very pretty and you should be proud of this. I was only giving suggestions and only meant to improve you. If you want help with anatomy just shoot a pm. Please take no offense from the cross out, I was just trying to be funny... which probably was only funny to me.

Yay Criticism! Could you elaborate on what you mean by a default dog smile? The background was to make it easier to make it transparent, but it didn't really work. I'll have to put a white outline around him to make it work a bit better. Maybe change the background to a more pleasing color, because you're right, it sucks. I am however surprised to hear I have a style. I might have to bug you when it comes to anatomy. Both candidates suck, I take no offense to negative comments on either of them. Don't worry it was funny to me too.
