Well it should have fluff in quite a few more places (Unless it's a bald griffin, that is!) but other than that, it's an okay sketch
Those highlights and shading or whatever that is is a bit distracting and unneeded though

Avoid using just white to highlight and don't use black to shade
Spend time filling in more of the shade spots too
