Arietta is quiet and shy, and prefers not to talk to anyone. She actually has a few people convinced she is mute. Despite her soft and impassive appearance, she actually has a dark side that she hides by staying quiet. Only her friends see her crazy side, and only her true friends act crazy with her.
Eluria, on the other hand, is very stubborn and determined. Once she sets her mind on something, she's going to do it, and there's not stopping her. Because of this, she can come of as rude or uncaring, but she is very playful and a bit of a flrt, and loves to tease her friends!
