Derek is a deer and fox hybrid. He is a bit gloomy on the outside, but with his friends he does smile, just to keep them from worrying. If he looks happy- he is hurting on the inside. He is frightened easily by loud sounds, but isn't frightened by anything like monsters, ghosts, ect. He dislikes spiders and other bugs, loud noise, and flickering lights. Secretly he loves small animals and cats. He spends his favorite days relaxing near a river or stream, or under the shade of trees. He loves willow trees, and his favorite flowers are perennials. He is very silent and keeps to himself. He is the kind of person you'd just plain on trust with anything. Despite his frail appearance he is strong. He has taken on many heartbreaks, but keeps all the pain locked up.
