Hey, I have a hard time with spots like that. Can you give me pointers?

Use the airbrush or pen which ever you do better with, with opacity around 150, smoothing around 60-65(higher if you need it to be), and whatever brush size works for the spot size (bigger the spot the bigger the brush). Make the spots more oval and kinda bent instead of perfectly round and try not to cluster them too much, give each spot space to breath unless you're going for the dense spotting look. For the faded saddle turn the opacity down to around 60-80, smoothing 60-75, and brush size larger and start out and work your way in, up the opacity if needed to help make areas whiter.
