Once every Halloween a creature covered in flames from head to flame comes out to hunt trick or treaters, the only way to keep the hell horse away is to keep a bright source of light with you at all times while you are out and about. If you don't, the horse will come and take you away and torture you in ways that no one can explain and almost no one ever survives....
