You walk on a path through the forest. It is a warm summer's day and animals are all around you, but one animal in particular catches your eye. Its a very small canine like animal with large rabbit-like ears and a huge fluffy tail. Its peaking out at you from a burrow with large sparkling eyes full of curiosity. It takes a step out and looks up at you, its tail wagging softly. It looks like you got yourself a new friend.
Shaiard Hollow
Shaiards are very small tunnel dwelling canines with large ears and a huge fluffy tail. They have two small fangs that poke out of their mouth. They have a patch of fluff on the top of their head and a mane that goes down their back. They are typically very friendly and curious. They are very social and love to be with other Shaiards or with other animals or people. They make great pets and are easily trained, however they can be troublesome at times. They are very smart and can get into things you don't want them to get into. They are hoarders to, which means when they find something they like, they will take it and hide it. Once its part of their hoard, you aren't going to see it again. Shaiards come in all colors and in all markings, however spots are the most common.
Adopting a Shaiard
In order to bring home a Shaiard you must fill out a form that is created by the artist. You may have to simply give the shaiard a name, or maybe you'll be asked to write a story or draw a picture. Each shaiard is different.
Contests
Sometimes contests will be made that you can enter. The prizes usually will be a shaiard custom where you will be allowed to tell an artist what you want your shaiard to look like. Or you could actually get to color one yourself!

We are currently looking for artists to create shaiards! Artists are allowed to create two shaiards for themselves and are allowed to create as many shaiards to give away as they want. They can choose who gets to take the shaiard home and get to choose what people must do in order to get the shaiard.
