The Sprite
Name: Halolani
["Fly like a bird" in the native Hawaiian language]
Gender: Female
Personality: Strong headed, determined,
proper, outgoing, curious, adventurous
About: Growing up, Lola's favorite movie
was "Up", she loved the Box Car Children
Series, Nancy Drew, and her role model was
none other than Amelia Earhart. She loved the
idea of flying planes, solving mysteries, travelling
the world, and discovering new adventures around
every corner.
History: Lola, as she prefers, is a girl born
from a mixed background, her mother is half-Native
Hawaiian, while her father is Scottish, they met,
married, and lived together with her on the Hawaiian
islands, born a beautiful freckled faced, hazel eyed,
brunette darling. She has proven to be trouble, and
became even more of a problem when her ears and
tail one day simply appeared out of no where as a
toddler. She was homeschooled from then on, and
her parents worried about what to do with this
sudden change in appearance. She no longer saw
family, and had little contact with people outside her
parents. she became a very restless child, and often
spouted nonsense about facts she learned from books
she read, namely adventure stories. They continued to
raise her despite the hardships that came their way,
and tried to give her the best life parents could offer
their child. Lola facedboredom on a daily basis, and kept
herself preoccupied talking to Sonnet, however, she never
did so in front of her parents, after an instance from her
youth in which she tried to introduce Sonnet to her parents
and they called her "Imaginary" which some what offended
the little Bond.
Sonnet listened to all of Lola's stories, she always enjoyed
the topic of adventure and mystery, they could go on for
hours together just imagining what the big wide world
looked like.
When Lola turned eighteen, she set out to find other
people who are also like her, those who have a Bond, who
know what it's like to be this kind of person and are okay
with such things.
She has travelled the world, and has met many different
sprites as she, no two sprites were alike, and it was
comforting to be able to know she wasn't the only one
experiencing these things.
