This little dude is the biggest criminal in his city- or everyone thinks he is.
Really this guy is a hero that works behind the scenes in helping people- but lots of people are jealous of him and blame him of bad things they've done. He has had to hide away from his city so he doesn't get caught and thrown in prison. Everyone who actually knew him, miss him and wish he were back but no one has high hopes that he's coming back-
